Wolfgang Puck 2000 GSP Drive, Greer, SC 29651

"We had a flight cancelation of a 6:20 am flight and were rescheduled for a 5:45PM flight. We had to spend the day in the airport. Went to Wolfgang Puck's kitchen and ordered an omelet and tried to order lunch but they weren't serving lunch yet so settled for some to go items. After waiting for 20 minutes I went to find the "hostess" to find out where my omelet was. She glanced my way and then went the other way. By this time the dining room was open and lunch was being served so we went into the DR and we're told we couldn't go in there bc we only ordered to go food. I told them we had also ordered an omelet so they let us sit at the bar. No table service for us. While sitting at the bar the bartender asked if we wanted menus. We told him we were waiting for an omelet. He went to the kitchen and inquired, came back and said the kitchen didn't have any orders. I told him we paid for the omelet. He said we had to take it up with the "hostess". She came over and said "what do you want". I said we would like our omelet. She said "we are no longer serving breakfast". I said, "just refund my money then." She came back, threw the money at us and left. This young woman has absolutely no idea of customer service. I 've never encountered a ruder or more surly individual. The food we did eat was good but the actions of your employee was not called for. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit and not take it out on unsuspecting customers. Having our flight canceled and then rescheduled necessitating spending the first day of our vacation in the airport was bad enough. But her attitude and rude behavior was totally uncalled for. If I could give negative stars for service, believe me I would."

"I always have a decent time at Wolfgang pucks. The food is always good and comes out timely (which is important for us flyers in a rush) everything’s usually great besides when I was there just last week. I’m also a frequent flyer out of GSP so i’ve been to Wolfgang’s puck many times and never had bad experiences until then. Food was decent and still came out timely but unfortunately my server Amanda seemed slightly intoxicated and had the smell of alcohol on her. I will likely be returning to Wolfgang pucks because I’ve never had a bad experience before but I will be requesting that I do not have this server. Very unpleasant and unprofessional."

"Because we had a late hour departure out of GSP only the bar was still open, but we were happy to order two Bombay Sapphire martinis before boarding for our short flight to Charlotte and then Bradley. Our flight schedule from beginning to end did not allow us any time to check out any terminal eatery, unfortunately, as we had planned. Wolfgang Puck is always a reliable Chef brand and if you find yourself going through this airport in Greer, South Carolina, good food and drinks will be served. A bar with two sides presents one look of the terminal activity and the other a nice view of an outside fountain."

"Restaurant had availability when we went with a fuller bar section. Food was quick although that seems like it might be a unique occurrence. 1-2 bartenders while we were there. Large beers available for cheaper than other airports. Food was good (forgot to take photos). Fries have a panko like breading and were great."
