"One of the most worst places you can go to eat pizza. Food was cold and old. No one was working and on their phones. Hardly any food and forks with no one dining in. I will never go back. Go to the one in Duncan...worth the drive."

"I was sincerely disappointed in the atmosphere and service at this location. Every single open table was disgusting from previous guests. I went to the salad bar and the lettuce was slimey & brown and very few pizzas were on the bar during dinner. ALL of that aside, my largest issue was the pushy, rude old lady that was our server made a derogatory comment about my 6'4 husband fitting in the booth, so she had to move it back. We chose to leave at this point, because that was both unnecessary, ridiculous, and not a good business practice. If she had nothing at all, she had the audacity. Somebody needs to put her back through etiquette training and teach her how to talk to people, because that ain't it."

"The good - they ask if there is a specific pizza you would like, said pizza is yummy and hot. Never ran out of soda. Customer service was great. The not so good - the rewards/loyalty card is per check, not per buffet. The bad - it needs to be cleaned. The sides of the buffet bar, the chairs (not just the vinyl), the blinds, the walls, the booths, the floor. Everything needs to be cleaned and really cleaned."

"The staff were all very nice and I want to first point that out because good customer service is hard to find! Our waitress was a sweet older woman who did a wonderful job taking care of our group. Two reason it gets 3 stars. I started with 2 stars but because of the customer service, I decided on 3. Pizza Inn- the food was terrible. The buffet was dirty and the pizza was old and dried out. We had a group of 6 and came here for our daughters 16th birthday supper. By the time they brought out fresh pizza, it was too late. We had lost our appetites, ate our salads and dried up pizza, paid the ridiculously expensive $100 bill for the 6 buffets and left. The rude table ahead of us, trying to get their food and drinks for free and treating this older woman terrible though she was kind and didn't deserve it, made my husband leave a $25 tip for her and I would have not told him to do otherwise! It was not her fault the kitchen staff were slacking and gave the diners (us included) a bad experience! Though we did not complain and ask for free food or a discount, we were very disappointed for our first experience with Pizza Inn. I'm not interested in returning to pay those prices for something like this again. My daughter's birthday dinner was a true disappointment...the waitress deserves a raise and people need to get back to treating others with KINDNESS!"
