"The food was pretty good but the service sucked. I explained that I have a tracheostomy and need drink after every bite in order to swallow the food. Rather than just leave me the pitcher or an extra glass full. I had to hunt down the waitress 3 times to get my drink filled."

"The service is great. The food is wonderful. The atmosphere is delightful. The 55+ menu is perfect for me. I love the 55+ sampler. The bacon and ham taste amazing. I swap out the sausage link for an extra strip of bacon. The eggs I can not have, so I swap them out for an extra pancake. I am in heaven after that. The food is always the same, hot, fresh and taste oh so great. The staff is always smiling and so kind. Wonderful job !!!"

"I gave 1 star to atmosphere because it was FREEZING COLD. The food was awful, over greases bacon, and fish. And could not seem to get soft scrambled eggs right. And the waitress seemed annoyed with my dissatisfaction. When she asked me how things were, I just said no comment, and she just WALKED OFF! Then my son is eating , he noticed that his fish and shrimp platter was MISSING THE SHRIMP, midway into the meal.. needless to say, the service was in no way up to par. Two thumbs down! The eggs were not soft or medium as you can see them cooked through, the fish had a weird look to it that made it look like it was cook and re- cook in grease , or maybe the grease was older or something but not what you would get if you went to maybe a Harbor Inn for sure. But the shrimp looked more like what they should have been. But not sure how they tasted as my son left most of them on the plate uneaten."

"This IHOP was a smaller one for sure, there was definitely a wait and the 2 hostesses seemed to have a hard time figuring out where to put people, we told them we had a bigger party upon arrival and would be fine if we had to split up tables and after almost 30 mins tried checking on where we were and they only put 2 by our name instead of 7 so that became a problem. The waiter we had was nice and got us our food and drinks in a timely manner, I’m sure I won’t be back to this location"
