"Service was great, everything looked clean. Food was ok they could have added a touch more flavor and also made the meat/rice softer. Both were very tough. Chips tasted like soggy cold cardboard. I’d give them a second chance whenever we are back in the area."

"This is our go-to restaurant for Mexican food. The menu is typical of many Mexican restaurants but is less expensive than others. The menu also includes choices that appeal more to other people than to me, like tongue. My favorite is enchiladas verdes, and my husband loves the fajitas. Food is delicious, and the service is friendly and prompt. Seems to be run by a Hispanic family and has many Hispanic customers, which I consider a strong recommendation for the fact that it's authentic, good food."

"First visit was not great as far as service. The food was excellent except my refried beans were so cold the cheese didn't even melt. The waiter never came back to the table. I spoke up and the owner was nice but I still paid for food on my plate I couldn't eat. Second visit we walk in and say we're here to place a takeout order he tells us to take a seat. We're looking at the menu when someother guest arrived. He never came for our order but he was waiting on the guest who he just seated like his own family! I looked around but couldn't locate the owner so we walked out! So sad"

"I had my first Coronado experience this week and I must say to all that you must try! I was greeted upon arrival, my server Daniel was very nice. They all pitched in and helped one another to serve me and my friend. I pay attention to small things like that. I ordered the 3 fajita lunch special and I am still very much surprised at the deal! I got steak, shrimp and chicken, beans and rice, and a salad for 8.99. I will definitely be back to get that deal! I even had leftovers to take home! It was delicious! The atmosphere is laid back. I wouldn't say it is top tier fancy but who cares when you get good service and the food is good! The restaurant was clean. I will say they may need new menus is about the only point I'll knock off but otherwise I will continue to keep coming back! I recommend highly!
