"Amazing food and excellent service! If you think you’ve had good Mexican food, think again. Delicious HOMEMADE salsa and chips. The chips were hot and melted in our mouths. We think it’s owned by a husband and wife and she gave us menu suggestions and brought us some of her (also homemade) green salsa to try! Food was great, decently priced, and the service was so good. Definitely give Pancho’s a try."

"We took a nice walk downtown central, and stumbled upon Pancho's. The ambiance is nice, clean bathroom and clean dining hall. We were greeted quickly and seated. We ordered two dishes which were great in flavor, the size of the dish we were able to take some home. I will be back to enjoy more great food. This is a beautiful cactus."

"The Good: Amazing service. Extremely friendly with a nice clean interior. Nachos were yummy. The Bad: Not a fan of paper plate usage. Paper plates are wasteful, and with food items like beans, the paper tended to get soggy beneath. The Ugly: the carnita plate was just a disappointment with the pork being very dry. Will try again in the future."
