"My wife just spent 26.00 for two Asian Zenzation Zalad and a small drink. The salad was soggy. And the chicken was nearly non-existent . Probably one of the worst salads I’ve ever had. We used to go here all the time and the food was great .what happened. The place was empty. Even the drive thru. Now I know why. Never again"

"Very nice nasty workers! We were in the drive through for almost 10-15 minutes then I drove to the window and asked was the speaker or something was told to drive back around and order bc they were now taking orders .. great food but service sucks this ridiculous I hate to be a Karen !! "I placed my order with The employee sitting in a chair taking orders at the drive thru. I told her 3 times I wanted my combos Large with Large drinks. I paid her with my credit card and had to wait until I got to the pick up window for my receipt. The employee at the window started handing me my order and the combos were not large. She handed me small drinks and combos. When I told her that was wrong, she said that is what the lady charged me for. I told her I would pay the difference to get the large drinks and combos like I ordered but she refused to do it. She stated “she didn’t know how to charge me the difference”. She refused to change my order and give me what I ordered in the first place! No respect or quality service at all at this location!!"
