"The slowest chik fil a i have ever been to. I used to work at a chik fil a that grossed millions of dollars over a single year and the aiken one is run the exact opposite. Built a whole new drive thru that took months of it being closed, and its slower than ever. They bring you your food but then you're stuck in Added another drive thru lane and have 4 outside order takers but don't have the other drive thru lane open so it takes over 15 minutes to get your food. Absolutely ridiculous location, I have never seen a chik fil a so mismanaged. See photo attached at 12:15pm in the middle of lunch rush. When 82% speed of service is your GOAL and you're not using the double drive through you closed down for 4 months to build that makes exactly 0% sense."

"I love that you can place your order in the App and go to a separate drive-thru line for mobile orders. It's usually faster than regular drive-thru. My order was correct and the food was fresh and hot!"

"I enjoy my meal. But, I don't see what the frenzy is about. They are always busy but, their systems are well though out and the employees execute it very well."

"As usual Chick-fil-A does a great job with their drive thru. This location seems to be very busy most of the time they are open, BUT they somehow still make and deliver their food in a quick and professional manner. Location is a little confusing getting into the drive-thru line, but just make a circle around and you fall in line. Very friendly and well dressed young staff. Management does a great job based on this being a high volume store."

"I will say that my experience is usually great here but this particular morning my hash rounds and chicken had a slight burnt grease taste. Wasn't enough to stop me from eating it but it was noticeable. This was the 1st time I've had any sort of issue with this establishment ever so I will continue to be a repeat customer."
