McDonald's

"All I wanted was a tray of fries. The tray weighed 140g where a normal "Large" fries is 150g. If you're coming for the fries, don't."

"It is a late night call on McDonalds. There sign says "24 Hour Drive-Thru Window". I pull up I am told they cannot take my order. So much for 24/7. False advertisement. Just a heads up to future folks who wanna give it a late night shot."

"Odd experience. This is the last stop for a quick bite east of Augusta. This is one of those "self checkout" locations built into a gas station. If you're familiar with the "order for yourself" interface then I guess it's ok. I got stuck and had to ask for help and my friend unknowingly ordered the wrong kind of sandwich. Not terrible, but they could have done better. They yell out your order number like a Waffle House waitress yells your order to the cook. It's kinda harsh. It's not her fault, but it's not pleasant. My friend offered without me asking, "this chicken tastes like straw". But the fries were good."

"It's 7am,the female, black, heavy set manager with the blue shirt is very disrespectful and talks too much noise. Advised I was going to reach out to her manager about being unprofessional this morning she said she "don't care". I will never stop to that McDonald's again and McDonald's should not hire people who doesn't care about their jobs or McDonald's customers. I eat McDonald's at least four times a week and I deserve better for spending my money and getting treated like that"

"Second time coming here in the last few days and they are seriously slacking on the fries! Both times I ordered a large and this is what I get I go through drive thru and they are so quick to get you out, I’m just ready to grab the food and go I get home and both instances-this is what the large fries looks like (pictured) NONE were eaten on the way home The disappointment I experienced when I got home and see the fries that I paid for to get a large were not all there…. And I also ordered a hot fudge sundae…they hand it to me with the ice cream and fudge flowing off the top of the cup with a lid that does not fit the cup I drive out of the line and it immediately is dripping off the sides and onto my lap and seatbelt Had about 2 napkins in the bag that were not helping at all Do better, McDonalds I expect to get what I pay for and this is unnecessary"
