"Although this location is in need of an upgrade, the service we had tonight was great. Food was good and fresh. Everyone was quick and friendly."

"It's McDonald's. It's almost quick, but often not, just as the food is rarely warm but usually not. Service is grim, minimum wage sultry, impersonal and lacking care or joy. Just move on quickly once served and be frugal when sipping your drink that is 90% crushed ice."

"I have made many post about several different McDonald's I have stopped at along my journeys, mostly bad. Now, this one in Aiken took me back to the days when it was just done right. Ordered the double quarter meal, no pickle add mayo..... my go to. In the drive-through mind you, get to the pay person, very polite, then get to the pickup window, also very polite. I check and verify I have my 3 items and head down the road. I don't know if I was just that hungry or what but when I bit into the burger it was heaven. It was cooked perfectly and it had salt and pepper on it which for me is a win win. But from my last few experiences at McDonald's this one set it back right. The fries were fresh and my drink was also good. Kudos to those at the McDonald's in Aiken at the bypass and #1"

"Employees just talk to their friends while you're trying to order. Then when you finally get served make sure you check your order because it's probably wrong. Worst McDonalds around aiken and Augusta"

"Located just north of Aiken on historic US-1, this McDonald's has seen better days. The restroom was not in very good shape today - paper on the floor, water on the counter and a toilet that needed cleaning. The restaurant itself was also not great with some straw wrappers at the soda fountain and a table that had not been cleared. With the condition of the front end, I thought it best not to make a purchase today."
