"I continue to be repeatedly disappointed by the quality of attention to detail and the ability of the employees to follow the directions provided regarding how the sandwich is made, sandwich toppings wanted/not wanted, etc. Using the call-ahead option to place your order over the phone for the sake of time and convenience when the time you have available to pick the order up almost always proves a failure. This is sincerely frustrating. I should not have to wait until arriving at the restaurant to place my order so that I can physically watch the employees like a babysitter to ensure that they follow the directions and provide me with the product that I asked and paid for."
