"Do NOT use Blake Robertson. I attempted to remove a vehicle and member off of my policy over a month ago. Blake responded to my original email and said it was taken care of. The next bill came and my insurance was exactly the same and both of us were still listen on the insurance. I attempted to call progressive but they could not cancel my insurance due to it being through Goosehead. I attempted to call Blake numerous times and he would not return my phone calls. I sent over 10 emails and he refused to respond. I even went to his main “office” just to me told he does not actually work there and that he works from home. Horrible experience. I ended up having to call Progressive directly in order to drop him as an agent."
