Quality Inn & Suites Augusta Fort Eisenhower Area

"So I must have looked at the wrong quality inn reviews before staying here. I thought this was 3.7 stars. Turns out it was 2.7. As soon as we walked through the doors, it smelled absolutely terrible. Got to our room, smelled absolutely terrible in there as well…like smoke. They gave us a new room, which didn’t smell like smoke, it just smelled like mold and mildew. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower and around the fixtures. Smelled like marijuana in the hallways. Shady people saying there. Should have spent a little extra for a nice place. Lesson learned. Also the breakfast was bread and old bagels. Nothing else."

"HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff are okay, the lady we encountered was polite, but some other staff were rude. Online photos have waffle maker and breakfast included, all that is there is stale bagels with no cream cheese and a toaster that doesn’t work. We travel a lot so hotels are a regular thing for us and this is the worst one we have ever stayed at. Rooms are dirty and the smell is horrible. We have stayed with many Quality inn hotels, and this does not live up to their standards at all. Very disappointed."

"There are better places to stay do not bother with this place just spend the extra money, smelled like a dirty wet mop when entering possibly need a new mop before cleaning the floor. front desk seemed like she didn’t care, pool was not available, breakfast was cold/not edible, mold building up on the walls and on windows. Headboard had some sticky substance had to wipe it down with wet wipes, fridge was leaking almost messing up clothing. The only good thing about this place is the good Chinese across the way,"

"There was no breakfast to be had at 8am. Lobby posted 6-9. Looked like it was not even done. One of the reasons I booked it wa the included food amenities. The a/c was off in the room so I was 90 degree when I entered. It took until 1am to cool down. Bugs around the base of the bed. Toilet did not flush. I would not recommend this or any choice hotel selection to anyone as to ever booking I have had has been dity, bug ridden, poorly staffed with uncaring employees, and lack of promisesed amenities."
