"My business name was reported wrong so essentially i never had insurance maybe. Address was reported wrong. Insurance was canceled and I havent received any correspondence and the office won't answer my calls or respond to my emails. To get coverage again the other companies want a cancelation notice and loss report; I've received neither and they won't respond. The market for dealer insurance in South Carolina is hard to get. I'm exhausted from the process the first time and now my business may have to fail in the first year because I don't have insurance. My uncle who turned me on to them can reach them, all correspondence has been sent to him, but the business, insurance, and bond is in my name. I was counted out from the beginning it seems. I'm so frustrated and feel attacked. In our dealer class we were told about the insurance market for sc and that most wouldn't make it past the first year. I've been really trying and have seen upset after upset, but my business wouldn't fail due to my performance. Sad that with all my effort, sacrifices, risks and etc my business could fail all because of who I chose to get insurance with. They were my cheapest price, and now I think I kinda know why; looking at the reviews one may be made up by a relative of Mrs. Malloy and another by an associate that lives in the area(if i were to go to social media or ask around im 99% sure they knkw each other personally. The whole time all of this has felt shady and like i was being had or set up for failure. I guess you get what you pay for and I should've went with the bigger more reputable companies regardless of the higher price; it would've been a necessary sacrifice. This whole process has me feeling so stupid, frustrated, and lost(like a loser)."
