Subway

"They charged me almost $15 dollars for one footlong sub and they said they couldn't print my recipt. On the app the sub I ordered was only $11.12 with tax on the app could the owner please explain why I was over charged!!!"

"Christy there is very rude and don’t know how to leave her at home business at home. I walked in and she was helping someone else I was like okay no problem I’ll wait. But remind you I’m a AAA driver so I didn’t have much time. After she got done making the other customers food and cashing them out she told me it was gonna be a minute before she would make my food. The she’s grabs her phone walks to the back of the store and then comes back out and goes and talks to someone out in the dining room and talks to some kid. Just goes to should the GREAT customer service is. I wouldn’t recommend this subway if you want to be treated rudely."

"Went to the drive thru to pick up a mobile order, she never came over the intercom so I had to pull up to the window. I had my dog with me who has severe separation anxiety, this is why I made a mobile order in the first place to avoid going inside. She RUDLEY told me I needed to come inside and I was trying to say I just had a mobile order and closed the window mid sentence."

"The manager Christy was very rude! Her and staff. Arrived at 9:45am and store was closed. I had to call for them to unlock door and when I did they were very rude & unprofessional. Ordered my food & was not told that system was down until I was about to pay. She did not provide any alternative. Ended up wasting 20 minutes at Subway to end up getting no food. Requested Christy’s manager or corporate info and she refused. Told me I could Google it if I wanted it."

"Gave me the wrong order. I went back, and wanted it replaced. Nothing but attitude and the food itself looked disgusting. They 2 lady’s there ( one older and one younger with blonde hair) seemed more interested in their gossip than making the sandwiches correctly."
