"This is this, by far, the worst dental clinic I have ever been to. I was given multiple treatment plans and always confirmed that it was approved by insurance before moving forward. The last time I was in, I was told that insurance hadn't responded about my night guard but my filling and cleaning portions covered by insurance were confirmed. I had those procedures done and opted to reschedule the night guard because I wouldn't have it done otherwise. I still hadn't heard back from them about the night guard by the day of the rescheduled appointment so called and found out it wouldn't be covered- which is fine. I opted not to do that but was told I still owed over $100 for the last procedures since insurance wasn't covering it. I would have opted not to have them done at that time had I know that, which was the entire point of them checking the insurance coverage PRIOR to coming back for those procedures. Never believe a price that they quote you here since you sign a document that says you're on the hook for anything insurance doesn't cover even if they lied to you in the first place."
