"Horrible customer service. I’m an existing client, called with extreme pain and spoke with a “team member”, I was assured a return call with either an appointment for that day or the following as well as a script for pain and antibiotic. Four days later and a total of eight phone calls including leaving messages, none answered or returned. I received an apology and explanation that the office is busy, I understand busy but so busy you can’t return a client who’s in pain phone call for four days?? I’ve cancelled my procedures and will seek dental care elsewhere. If they can’t return calls now, what will it be like after they have my payment in full? Food for thought to any new client, also just a heads up Aspen dental care has bought Clearchoice so they are no longer competitors but the same company. Extremely disappointed"

"Overall the visit was very pleasant. They could hire a front desk person exclusively. Multitasking is good but it shouldn’t keep patients and vendors waiting up front for 15 minutes before an office staff member comes up. Nice and clean facility with professional and friendly staff."
