"Went through the drive thru at opening time last week, & the window person was very clipped. Not rude, per se, but sort of, as there were no pleasantries offered (i.e., hi, good morning, you're welcome, please, thanks, etc.). & the tone used was as if irritated we were there. Perhaps the person had a rough morning already. Shrug. Getting KFC or Taco Bell @ the same window was nice."

"Will never be coming back here after tonight ! The customer service is terrible. What is the point of ordering on the app if you can’t even get it through the drive through. Then to be told they never received my order to come in and be told it takes 5 minutes to pop up before they can make it. So now this is the time my order was supposed to be ready and they don’t have what i ordered. I was told they wouldn’t be dropping anymore chicken mind you it’s not even 8:00 !? So now I’m waiting 30 minutes for my food on top of the 20 mins i have already waited. What a joke. Always a problem every time my family comes here. Seriously need better management."

"After stopping by this location the 2 previous nights, only to be told they were out of Chicken and the wait would be between 25-30 minutes,I foolishly stopped by one last time. Ordered a 3 piece big box, told that the only available pieces were thighs. Agreed as I wanted “Dark” meat anyways. Got to my hotel and opened my box to find 3 pieces of chicken that had to come from deformed chickens. Actually afraid to eat now. Biscuit beside the three pieces for size comparison"
