"Went for a gel mani on Wednesday 12/6, an older lady did my mani, she put on three coats of color and two top coats, it was very thick. By that evening one had already chipped, but Friday another one was chipping, I stopped in on Saturday and she fixed the two nails and put another top coat on all my nails, by Sunday one completely peeled off and another was half peeled off. Went back on Sunday she wanted to fix the problem nails, I told her to just take it all off. I paid $40.00 plus tip for extremely bad service, they never offered a refund needless to say I WON'T BE GOING BACK! I won't recommend them either. Also there was a older man there who wanted to blame my job or that my nails weren't long enough that I should have done dip, I explained to him that I have never had this issue with any other gel mani anywhere."

"Had a great experience here with a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Their prices were reasonable and the staff was very attentive, they really want to make sure you like the finished product etc ***update - after only 24hours my dip nails are peeling and chipping. I didn’t even know that was possible with dip :("

"I went to get a basic French mani & pedi. (no gel, no extras, no nothing-simple). My pedi was first and was just ok. You could tell the guy was new. He was making the tips chunky and blocky during my pedi so during my mani, his female manager peered over his shoulders and stepped in without being asked to finish my nails. All she did was give the white tips more of a curve with the acetone brush. Pedi=$38 Mani=$24. They said something to eachother and suddenly the cashier added a $10 "Upgrade charge". When I asked what it was for, she said it was $5 extra for each hand. I was still confused but just paid it and left. I don't like hidden fees that come out of nowhere regardless of how small it is. I won't be returning."

"I came in on a whim to get my eyebrows waxed. I asked for prices for nails and it was less than where I previously went. I gave them a try for a dip. I will not being going back to my old nail salon. Unlike my old salon, I did not feel like my nail technician, Laura, was rushing to get me out. She made polite conversation and did a phenomenal job protecting the health of my nails while also making them beautiful. She paid so much attention to detail. She made it a real art. After one visit, I can say I’ll be a regular."
