"For a McDonald's it was OK. I was a little disappointed when I was told to wait in spot one because my burgers were being cooked and would be brought to me. However there was someone in spot 1 already and my burger was icecold when I got it."

"The McDonalds in Toccoa has some serious problems with attitudes but I’m not the one to get smart with that’s for sure because I match your energy. It took the girl forever to take our order but that’s probably because they have her doing 5 things at once then my son that has Autism he always gets his drinks with NO ice he will not drink cold drinks period. So we get to the window where they hand out food the manager is working at the window I tell her again this tea was suppose to be without ice and she wants to catch a attitude and grab the drink and say we aren’t suppose to be taking stuff back through the window. I said well don’t then but we still need a small tea with NO ice like we ask for and we didn’t ask for all the extra information. Then we check his kids meal that was suppose to have extra fries and it doesn’t have extra fries it has two of the small fries that come in the happy meals. He was suppose to have small fries in a Kids meal the the extra fry on top of that because he didn’t want apples. The other two happy meals I got was correct they had extra fries which was the two mini fries that come in happy meals because once again my children didn’t want apples but extra fries. And before anybody comes at me side ways yes I’ve worked fast food before and this McDonald’s to be exact was one of the locations I get it can be stressful but to the Managers that’s suppose to be setting examples for there staff as well you need to do better y’all have a bunch of minors and young adults working at this location and the management’s attitudes suck. And I tried to get the managers name and of course she had no name tag on. I know it was on 1/26/24 at 3:12 pm"

"Any time I'm in Toccoa and need a happy meal I make the mistake of forgetting how bad the service here is. I'm used to every single other Mcdonald's I've visited being the same, petty fast even during peak hours. This place is the exception to that for sure. It doesn't seem to matter the time of day, there is going to be a 20+ minute wait in the drive thru. Any other location handles this process pretty smoothly but somehow this one particular location is just a time trap. Hopefully I remember this lesson and make this my last visit. It's been months since I was here last and not a single thing has changed. If you must stop here, go inside and hopefully they'll serve you in less than half an hour."

"Every time I have gone to this McDonald’s restaurant I have left unhappy and disappointed. I almost never get the right food or my order will be completely sloppy and all over the place. Even when I ask for the right food I have been met with rude employees who will still give me the wrong food. I got sick from a completely raw burger and corporate customer service did absolutely nothing about it AND blocked my number!"

"My wife and I came here and we were going to order on the app but the prices kept changing. She added all the items to the cart and the drinks went from $1.29. when you went to put them in the cart to end the cart they were $1.79 then she went from the subtotal of $11.57 to putting in the table number to a total of $12.59 sub total on both of them. So she canceled the order and we came next door to Zaxby's. We're not going to get cheated. Watch out when you order here for price increases, especially on the app."
