"They suck at this place. 10 minute grace period but doors are locked and they want to reschedule like it’s my fault. I 0/10 recommend this place, there’s plenty of other WAY BETTER dentist places in Aiken that doesn’t lock the doors and still try to charge you."

"Be warned. As a former employee, I wouldn't recommend working here as they will offer you the lowest salary even with 14+ years of experience with no hope of a promotion; so dont ask & dont hold your breath. Most of the older staff will feel threatened by more experienced employees. So if you are desperate for a job, go in with thick skin, but dont be nieve. Most hygienist wont have an issue (as they are in high demand), but will see & hear alot of what is said to be true & maybe more. Dont hold your breath on promotion either. All the hygienist here are great! There's always favorites, both tech & hygienist, but dont let that stop you. HR and a work supervisor does not exist, even if they say they do. THIS IS A FAMILY RAN OFFICE. BE WARNED. So they will protect their brand.(anything of a serious matter will be swept under the rug e.g. lost of wages, work environment & employee safety, etc....you figure the rest out when you're hired.) Lastly, dont expect your W2s to be sent in a secured envelope, they are careless about privacy & protection. As a patient, dont expect for your insurance to be accepted unless your insurance covers everything dental. Most insurance providers are NOT accepted here. Kid friendly, but they have a limit to what they tolerate. Parents or guardians should always go into treatment with their children, even for a check up & routine cleaning. Be vigilant and be prepared. ASK QUESTIONS! Prices are reasonable, but can add up. Be wise when choosing the right provider. New school vs. Old school. You decide. God bless."

"Doctor Taylor is this is the nicest kind person I met in the dentist office she has my highest respect for all the work she did on my teeth in the pass, I recommend anybody who needs dental work go to North Aiken dental."

"Referred me to a surgeon after doing X-rays and not being able to pull my molar because they didn’t wait long enough after numbing. Told them I take longer than usual to get numb, this isn’t my first extraction. They didn’t listen and kept poking and prodding at my exposed nerve. I was visibly cringing away from Pompeii. While waiting on my consultation from the surgeon, I saw another dentist and got a second opinion. The new dentist recommended 2 extractions and to remove my impacted wisdom teeth. ALL of them were impacted and even with the X-ray, North Aiken never said a single word about it. Not thorough at ALL. They do the very minimum and with the least effort possible."

"I have always had a great experience with them from when I first started going a few years back. EVERYONE has been professional from the front door to the dentist. This place came highly recommended and I recommend it also. Dr. Pompey is great and knowledgeable. I can appreciate someone who gives me an indepth explanation when I ask a question vs a quick and simple response."
