"All in all, we had a pretty good experience getting our pool installed. We started the project kinda late in the year and except for the messed up permitting process (no fault of Big Splash Pools), all went well. And, as in any construction process, the small issues that did arise, Scottie Bridges the owner of Big Splash got them resolved professionally. The project is complete now and my wife and I are very happy with our pool. We look forward to a lot of good times ahead with all the grandkids. Also, as another big PLUS, Big Splash was the least expensive of the 3 quotes I got, even after I upsized the pool and had added more concrete decking.
