"We stopped here for a couple nights after Pigeon Forge to chill out. Super quiet, beautiful fall foliage and a spacious campsite. Choose your site carefully and read the site description. Some are not close to level (ours was and 60' long) and short. Very pretty and well taken care of park aside from the smaller rough pavement roads thru the campground.. Rental boat, kayaks and paddle board concessions."
"Currently my favorite lake in the south. Gorgeous lake and mountain views, however the best parts will require a boat. 90% is undeveloped. Great campground. Had lots of fun, wish I could have stayed longer."
"Beautiful State Park!! This place is great for fishing, boats. They have a small swimming area. They also do tours on the lake."
"Beautiful! Well maintained. Limited boat launches. Cabins are well maintained and absolutely gorgeous views if on the lake. This state park is a must visit if looking for a lake experience with waterfalls and less boat traffic. Not many restaurants nearby so plan to eat in."
"The most beautiful clear water everrrr. There are BBQ's, clean restrooms, the place to rent kayaks and paddleboards also sells ice, drinks, snacks. It's almost like a small general store. There's camping and boat rentals, the website will guide you through it all. Def worth a visit!"
