"Would be a good used car salesman. Big on promises. Small on delivery. Completely absent for weeks almost a month at times. “Be there Tuesday”. Yeah, which Tuesday? Dug pool in wrong spot, tore the power line off the house, installed a new gate, broke it within days, took 8 months to fix. Didn’t backfill the pool, the space flooded and the concrete bottom busted. Leaked for months before he sent someone to find and fix. Poured concrete wrong even after being told not to pour. Heater for hot tub still doesn’t work. When you spend almost $60k you expect it to be great. It’s not. Very dissatisfied and disappointed."

"Not a good experience. Contractor is not very responsive and requires you call multiple times before he calls back. Says he will come to perform work and then does not show - this happened multiple times. Contractor quoted wrong horsepower motor and I had to correct. Pump motor was installed on the ground - I had to request this be fixed. PVC pipe installed without cement - I had to fix after the pipe blew apart when I turned the pump on. PVC joints installed are still leaking - I will have to fix. I have text messages documenting this 21-day experience. Contractor came to finish work and I forgot to leave the payment (didn’t really expect him to show, but truly forgot) and it went south very quickly. Very disappointed and would not recommend this contractor."
