"They are terrible!! I've tried to use them several times but they are always very, very late, like hours late!!! They picked me up after 2pm for a noon appointment and then tried to drive extremely fast and unsafely to make up the difference. Uhm yes, that's not how it works, Sweaty!! No way, stay away!!"
"Absolutely horrible!!! I would never ever use them again!! They lie when they tell you the driver is on the way because you are still waiting 45 min to an hour. Then they just leave you in the driveway with the wheel chair, for you to figure out how to get your loved one back in the house. TERRIBLE!!! Use anyone else!!!"
"I worked for this company years ago. I agree with these consumers of waiting so long. They don't stick to the company rules. This new manager belittles employees. Over works them. The training of drivers is a great big huge laugh. There was no safety protocols for the drivers and aids. They lie to you and talk behind your backs. Even to the employees. I feel really sorry for the elderly and disabled consumer's. As for the vehicles they had at the time were disgusting. Tell your insurance companies you would rather ride fir a mire if dependable company. Thank goodness i retired."
"It feels like this company overbooks rides with no care to the medically disabled people the wait times are really bad. The people in the office will down talk you that YOU are on Medicaid.while their business would close down if Medicaid did not pay for the rides. In my opion I truly believe that calls to elder abuse would be the best thing for this company to leave a medically disabled person waiting for hours should not be acceptable by any decent human being. The reps that answer the phone can care less they act as if it’s your fault and you are bothering them.i also feel Medicaid should fine them for every late pick up after an hour should be a free of charge ride.overbooking would stop real quick."
"It's a terrible transportation service. Ruining your medical appointments and then being HOURS late (sometimes over 3 hrs!) to pickup up patients from there is just their "normal" way to function. And when you call them in despair they don't seem even to understand what is wrong. Never heard a word of apologies. Also when they are terribly behind they send awful vehicles that don't meet a bit any requirements even for horses, not to say for elderly medical patients. Will sure change the company."
