"Dr. Marcello is the rudest dentist I’ve ever dealt with he came into the room never spoke just started the numbing procedure on my daughter when that was done never said anything just walked out after a few minutes him & the assistant came back in he never explained the procedure he just started at one point called the assistant an idiot left the room again came back to finish after the procedure was done he still hasn’t spoke he didn’t explain any after care even the poor assistant looked scared to say anything… I get we all have a bad day but he definitely does not need to work with the public acting the way he did… Highly DO NOT recommend!!!"
"Im not good with Dentist. I woke up in a procedure and I was locked down when I got up. But this place was outstanding. They talk to me the hole time and the doctor was fast and understood what needed to be done."
"Last visit I think May or June 23: The receptionist and hygenists are very friendly and I wouldn't have gone back if it wasn't for them. However, the doctor/dentist was not. The first time he did the shot, it was soooo painful. I've never had that kind of pain from a shot before and asked the hygienist after he left if that was normal as it actually caused me to cry a bit. (Ive had cavities filled prior) The last time I went for a filling, he was rude and very quick, I felt like me being there was a burden to him. He pretty much ran out of the room after the filling was done but I couldn't close my teeth together correctly. I asked the hygienistif she can take a look because he seemed like he was in a bad mood and I was scared to ask him to come back. She said she didn't want to call him back in either because of that. Thank goodness for the staff but I wish I wouldn't have came back after the first round. I debated awhile if i should write a review but feel it's important for others to see and if they have had the same experience although im hoping it was just me Edit changing to a 1 after going to a new dentist and finding out inaccuracies in what i was told here..."
"I’m still on the fence because my daughter’s procedure hasn’t been completed. We were sent to this office for a root canal. The office lacks diversity but the male receptionist provided exceptional customer service. Dr. Marcello seemed a little agitated but did explain his process to me thoroughly. I’ll have to follow up after my daughter’s procedure is done"
"On my first visit, the receptionist asked me if I was nervous to which I said no. He seemed taken a back that I wasn't anxious about my appointment. The receptionist and hygienist were very friendly. I was waiting a while to see the dentist. One of the hygienists even loudly called after him to get his attention before he finally saw me. It was the fastest a dentist has ever looked at my teeth. On the positive side, he didn't try to sell me anything or convince me I needed a filling. However, I felt like he didn't actually pay attention to my mouth and he was only glancing because it was required. Fast forward six months... I showed up to my appointment today to a locked door. I was let inside and told they left a voicemail cancelling all appointments weeks ago. I never received a voicemail. They should use multiple methods to ensure patients are aware of cancellations. I wasted a 30 minute drive (an hour considering the drive home). I will not be returning."
