"Warning! Ask very specifically if they accept your insurance and if your insurance is considered in network or you will get a surprise bill. We just became new clients and I filled out the online new patient form. I called and asked if my insurance was accepted they said yes. Before my first appointment started I asked again with my insurance card if it was accepted. They said yes. I paid about 80 in office that day and then got a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars. Went back to the office and they said our insurance was not considered in network. We have heard from several other people that they had the same experience and got surprised bills. We are leaving Browns because this seems very deceitful and not above reproach. I tried to certify my policy was accepted and I believe they owe it to customers to tell them whether or not it is accepted and also in or out of network."
