"Always a wonderful experience! Wood Creek’s staff, especially Carrie, my hygienist, are personable and caring. From cleanings to emergency appointments, they go above and beyond to make their clients feel comfortable and relaxed. I had an issue one time and was in a lot of pain. They were able to get me in that day and fix the issue. Their online system makes it easy to schedule appointments and I love their wait list texts. Recently I had to miss my regular cleaning session because of a scheduling conflict and I was automatically placed on a wait list that offered me new appointment openings as they became available. Eventually one of the texts had a time/day slot that worked for me and I was able to reschedule my appointment with a short reply. No need to wait on hold or have a scheduler rattle off a bunch of dates that don’t work… it was just so simple. Really love this practice and highly recommend them!"
