"This a foggy day, this trip should have been canceled, the fog is so intense we are unable to see anything, a refund of my money would be nice!"
"They had seats on the left side on the ship. Every landmark discussed was on the right. Don't have seats available on the left side then We missed seeing everything when it was highlighted . It almost became comical but depressing when I was trying to give my mom a good experience and a quick tour of the city/harbor."
"I would equate this to the worst experience of my life, absolutely awful. The boat ride was perfectly fine, and the captain was great! The bar staff on the other hand was absolutely terrible and the rudest people I have ever interacted with in my whole life. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Please learn what costumer service is and how to conduct yourself in a professional environment. As well as the correct pour counts if you are going to charge as much as you did."
"We went on the sunset harbor tour. The staff was friendly and shared good information. Gorgeous views, fun time."
"We went on the Easter Brunch Tour today. We purchased the VIP tickets. I have to say the boat wasnβt the cleanest, the windows particularly were extremely dusty. We started off by boarding 1 hour prior to the start time, because our VIP tickets allowed us to, and we also received a ticket for 1 free drink from the bar. Boarding 1 hour early was totally not worth the extra cost and the one drink was pretty small. The food served was not what was advertised, we were told shrimp and grits; but served sausage gravy with biscuits. Overall the food was okay. The captain did a pretty good job with narration throughout the ride , and explaining when food would be served and what to expect. A bottle of water was nearly $4! Overall something different to do for Easter, but we certainly could have found something else better to do for the cost of this tour. If you find yourself still wanting the experience, skip the VIP extra cost .. not worth it!"
