"We got a hot tub and got to use 3 times before we decided to purchase a top lift for it so they came out and could not install the lift, they said the tub wasn't level , they installed the tub and told us it was good. They came again and told us to drain the hot tub, so we did, and still they couldn't install the lift, so now they had us level out the ground where the hot tub goes and call them. We called them to come out and got a call that stated the don't have the lift to install. Now we have had the hot tub for about a month and 3/4 and it's been sitting in my yard not being used because they can't do the job. Not a happy customer.......,...........so yesterday a very good technician (Dakota) came a installed the lift with a better lift than was originally to be put on, now it seems to be fixed.... hopefully....so now that everything is fixed I want to thank Dakota and staff for getting this done....so we are happy customers now. ."
