"Went in to sign up to utilize the facility.They didn't give my Silver Sneakers card back to me. For sure they realized at some point they still had my card but NEVER bothered to call me to let me know they had it in their possession. I thought that was VERY inconsiderate and rude. They have all of my information so they knew how to ccontact me. When I realized they didn't give my card back, I called for 2 days and left several messages but no one returned my call. I finally talked to Donna who said she will mail my card today. Hopefully I will get it in a few days."
"You really can have it all. A CLEAN and well-built gym, phenomenal child-care, an indoor waterpark for rainy days, spacious hot tub, well-lit bathrooms for getting ready in, etc… Absolutely worth every cent. Honestly, the child-care alone would be enough to warrant a membership."
"It was perfect. It was clean. Literally, the whole facility was clean. Warm inside the pool area. The water was the perfect temperature. The staff was so nice and helpful. The price was $5 for kids and $10 for adults, which is reasonable and perfect. I only wish it was bigger because it got packed quick but we had so much fun. I love it. Will be going back very soon."
"The Kroc Center was amazing! This is the ideal place to bring the kids to burn off some energy in the pool while you do stress reduction in the workout area that overlooks the pool. They have an incredible pool with a water slide that kids love. They offer arts and crafts, an educational area and a worship area. They also have men and women's locker room areas so you can shower after your activities. An area to get a quick bite and a drink or a snack. The staff are very friendly and attentive to visitors. Augusta is lucky to have the Kroc Center. I want one in my community."
