"When our salt system stopped working I called elite pools and Lisa had someone out to our house the next day. Slim worked on the cell and we thought it was fixed but unfortunately he had to come back. After trying everything I ended up buying a new system. They have the most professionals staff who tries to fix thing before trying to sell you a new part. This is very much appreciated when you’re on a fixed income. We have always been well pleased with their work. We’ve bought a new liner and cover from them and if you’re not happy they will do everything to make you satisfied. You have a great company Tyler. "Got the service for my dad. Different people out each week so the instructions from one don't carry over to the next. There was a miscommunication about the cost during the original call although I specifically asked and clarified price at least twice, but it was different when bill came. Very difficult to get in contact with someone at the office. Originally charged for part without any warning. When I called to resolve the issue. Service manager was nice, professional and apologetic. Took the part off the bill which I appreciate. Too many headaches in the 1st month so I canceled service. Would not recommend."

"Poor communication and feedback. Was charged 125 for them to come give an estimate on a liner, fixing coping around pool and repairing air leak in system. I didn't hesitate to give them my credit card number for them to come out even though alot of places give free estimates. When they were supposed to show up and did not I called and was told sorry that they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to come to the following week. So after the guys came to look at the pool was told they had a subcontractor that would need to look at the coping and I told them to please schedule that. Several weeks later I had to keep calling and emailing to get an estimate of the repair but it was just for the liner and still no estimate for coping repair. After numerous phone calls to only get an answering machine and a couple of emails to ask about the coping estimate I have yet heard anything and will not recommend them to anyone due to poor communication. I can't even get them to call me back."
