"DO NOT DO IT!! We bought in when they said that their lawyers could help with selling our timeshare - we eventually didn't try because of the cost per contract. So we have it and decided to use it. We have an agent (or whatever they call her). We wanted a cruise to Alaska and used the agent to book for us, and the airfare and car. What a nightmare. I could have done it myself for less headache. In fact , I did the research and gave her the info but used her because of the amount of money I had paid into this business. I had to say I want this booked this week, in order to finally get it booked. At the beginning, we would get emails from Great Vacations or VPT or whoever with specials etc. Have not gotten those in the past year and have contacted agent, & Charlene and online chats. No emails. If I try to use this again, will do it Myself!!!! I feel I have wasted a lot of money and will not get it back in travel as promised."

Our family saved some extra money by using Great Vacations and we used that savings on other things instead of all of it on our 2br unit at St Augustine. On our own it was always hard to find a place the whole family could stay and not spend a fortune. Everyone had a great time and we were able to eat out A few times as a family instead of usually bringing all our food. The customer service we spoke to listened and knew exactly what we wanted.
