"Local customer service although 'sorry' can't help that the delivery/installation that corporate has mandated is atrocious. They don't arrive at agreed times, install against manufacturer guidelines, and take hardware needed by the customer in the future. And if you don't discover all that within 48hrs of delivery, then sorry customer, you're on your own, call the manufacturer... Oh and by the way, your 12 month warranty doesn't start when you take delivery, it starts when you place the order, EVEN IF THE APPLIANCE IS ON BACKORDER FOR A MONTH. THE SORRY STATE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TODAYS AMERICA, WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT."
"We ordered a package deal range and fridge during Christmas specials. Originally supposed to be delivered the first week of January, we got a message that the vendor for the Refrigerator had not delivered and the next delivery date would be 1.24, on 1.23 we got another auto generated message that it still hasn't been delivered and it would be two more weeks (2.7). I went to Lowes to figure out what was going on, the manager Chad, was very helpful, took responsibility for not reaching out personally, even though he wasn't aware of the situation before I came to the store to inquire about the delays. I really appreciated that. He quickly found a solution to sub for a similar or upgraded model. He hooked us up with Melissa in appliances and was able to find a model that was significantly more expensive, as the features my wife desired were very specific. Chris helped walk us through as well. Chad sad willing to meet us in the middle on the price,this was totally understand with the significant difference in price and quality. My wife and I are very pleased with how the situation was reconciled, and here we are two days later with a new refrigerator and Stove!!!! Once again big thanks to Chad, Melissa, and Chris!"
"Came to return a grinder that I had never opened that I had recently purchased within days. Lady at customer service desk was very lacking. Asking a lot of questions right from the start and warning me that they take returns seriously and are strict about it. She repeatedly asked questions like is this used? Is this open box? Did you use this? What’s wrong with it like 10 times!! After inspecting the tool endlessly and seeing that nothing was wrong it and everything was in its original packaging and reading the package that a 10 year old could read for several minutes she went back to “talk to somebody about it”. Then when she came back out she said she couldn’t return it because it was part of a sale, promo or deal and they don’t return any items that fall under that……. Seriously?? It’s frustrating as heck to deal with stupid people like this. She didn’t even scan nothing or ask for receipt or nothing!! and I had explained to her that I bought it as any other item. But no I couldn’t even get a chance to return it!! What a mess!! 12/11/23 in the evening hours. Went to another Lowe’s down the road and returned it hassle free and they didn’t waste my time…. Yall need to get better customer service reps! Dang it"
"This was actually the best experience at Lowes's I've had. The person who helped me out with a mailbox situation was very helpful. Not the general experience at other locations. I will continue going to this location. I appreciate the time and effort!"
