"This was the 3rd year in a row that we vacationed in Sea Pines in September, and we will be back (for two weeks next time)! Evidence of the pride that owners Christie and Sean take in the decor, maintenance and hospitality is everywhere! We love to sit on the deck with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the golf course and illuminate the palm trees and live oaks dripping with Spanish moss. Then spend the day at the Beach Club reading a good book, jumping into the ocean from time to time to cool off. Then end the day at Harbour Town with dinner at the Quarterdeck, to enjoy some good wine, watch the sunset and stroll through the marina that is full of beautiful yachts. Because of the central location of this villa, we can do all of this without getting in the car."

"Stayed here with my sister and boy does it live up to its name CHIC. It is chic in everyway possible. What a place to stay at, look no further than this. The place was immaculate and had everything you could every need, it was well stocked, clean and so relaxing. LOVE, LOVE the big windows, made it a nice, bright place to be at. Not only that, the biking around there is amazing. There are so many neat bike paths around, nifty stores, great eating and just so much more. A stay here is well worth your visit. So so relaxing."

"I have stayed at Coastal Chic multiple times, and the experience has never disappointed. The place has always been spotless, is beautifully decorated and as an end unit is bright and roomy. The hosts special touches are so welcoming and appreciated. There is so much to offer on the island beside the multitude of golf courses; spas, shopping, dining, walking, tennis, nature reserves and of course the beach. Of course nothing beats a good book on a lounge chair by the pool! As well as that on-site pool, there are many activities locally for the kids. What has always impressed me too, is how immaculate the entire island is. I will happily return whenever I can, and recommend this place highly to young and old. Thank you to the hosts for making my vacations here always a such a pleasure."

The attention to detail in the decor and amenities provided a truly comfortable and relaxing experience, making me feel right at home. Moreover, Sharon was an incredible host, always prompt in communication and ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location was perfect, offering convenience and a peaceful retreat. "What a great place to just relax. We have been twice already and will go back again. Everything you need (that kitchen is better stocked than mine). The hosts were alway contactable. GREAT location, esp if you like biking (so many varied places to cycle). Right in the middle between long relaxing beach and the harbour. Close to shops. Highly recommend"
