"The I-75 South Welcome Park sits between Cartersville Georgia and Calhoun Georgia. Plenty of parking, plenty of light. There are vending machines inside where the restrooms are located. Enough area to walk your dog and picnic tables to set out lunches for those who travel. The restrooms, the men's restroom especially wasn't the best on cleanliness. I mean, come on, guys are nasty. But it definitely beat any gas station restroom by a country mile. Just how hard is it to aim into a bowl? Other than that, the Welcome Park is ok especially if you need to stop by and rest up."
"Definitely not the old park I remember as a kid, it's very nice with lots of updates on the playground and the covered shelter with a grill is the best area for a picnic. The basketball court/tennis court cçould have been given a new facelift too but at leasvt ¹ did see"
"This park is dreary. There's no real trail, just gravel. The land around where the tennis court used to be is muddy and sinks when you walk on it. There's so many loose dogs in this area that it's unsafe to even be at the park. The covered seating area is a little too far from the playground. This park needs a real upgrade."
"It was nice sitting there eatting my lunch."
"3.5 Stars. This is a great little Park, not huge but some space to walk around and definitely a good basketball court which I see games happening often. A very nice little playground fenced-in as well but I will say the place gets muddy often so be prepared to avoid some sections of the park. But it definitely feels like a community park not big but it's where everyone hangs out."
