"My husband and I was overwhelmed with bills, we saw Mr. Bailey on google and decided that he would be a good fit for us to be able to talk to someone about helping us with our problem, he said he was a Christian and we thought this is great. We went on for our consultation and we were there 3 hours it was free, at this time we went over all our bills and income and he proceeded to enter it all in his computer program and came up with a figure which to us appeared high. I started to explain about how we happened to get here and he told me point blank I dont want to hear it, and proceeded to ask questions, he showed no empathy to us at all, I felt a little uncomfortable but in the end decided to go through with it and paid half of the money just to file mind you he is charging 5000.0 to file and it is added to our amount to pay back, so we signed a statement I guess saying we would pay the other half of money when he was ready to file. Well he was sc low which gave us time to think, he kept his distance, they screened all calls and everything was done by email, I had concerns and I send emails and he ignored my questions, one was how can we pay such a high amount back when we dont get that much a month. He stated paper dont lie and that's what he got and would not hear otherwise, maybe if we could have talked to him on the phone, he made us feel like we were not worth anything, so I email him how we felt and that he ignored our questions and other stuff, he came back with well about the one specific thing I told you that at the meeting. I said but then at the end of meeting you contradicted yourself so we were not sur what was gonna happen, it was the worst experience, so we decided after trying to call and all we were not doing it and ask for zone or part of our money back since he kept asking us for our pay stubs and putting us off to different dates, we lost our faith in him, he would not listen to what we were telling him, we tried to tell him our paychecks dont lie each month, he went on overtime and the extra pays in year and that's not what we get monthly he had us making almost a 1000.00 more, I told my husband if we made that why are we here. But he refused to pay any of our money back especially is this time in our world he didnt do anything extra since the free meeting except ignore our calls an not answer are questions and keep telling us a different date he was filing. So if your looking for someone that has any empathy and is a Christian dont go here there are plenty of others, if we ever decide to file again we wont go here, also glad we didnt my husband had to go on disability short term. But he dont know that cause he dont answer our calls, but I guess he figures you could email him, it's not really about myths money but it would be nice to have back especially silly no, it's about how we were treated."
