"Amazon returns are supposed to be free with UPS. I went to return an item and was told that it had to be shipped back in the Amazon box it came in, or they could sell me one for $5. (The item was already in a box, but not the amazon box) Amazon has stated that UPS will box and ship returns back for free. Something is wrong with this location, I have returned many things through them to Amazon and have always had a quick and easy experience but I would avoid this location in the future. They are obviously being dishonest and trying to make a few extra bucks in the process."

"Absolutely the rudest customer service in 3 minutes I ever experienced! She acted like I needed to go to the 1 closes to where I live...if you are on the list then why can't I do returns here? I would rather drive to Greenville than to EVER COME BACK TO THIS RUDE LOCATION!!! Also she had a very STANK look on her face and I do believe she is part of management...BEWARE!!"
