"So, I have read some of the reviews that many have left of awesome service. It’s unfortunate that I do not share in this praise. Honestly it made me feel even worse about my situation. I tried being patient and understanding but now I’m just… no words to describe. I can say that I spoke with my attorney maybe twice. Last email I received about my case was in June. I haven’t been asked how things were going on my side do I need anything he’ll they don’t know I have kids since I saw a review that said she talked about hers with her attorney in her review. My accident was Nov. 17,2022 & I the only thing I know is I’m in negotiations. When I call which used to be very very often I was always told I will get a message to your attorney I don’t know who my team is or nuthin. I know nothing. I saw you guys commercial a lot and thought it would be great. BOY was I wrong. I feel very unimportant and this really has my spirit messed up. I know I’m just a little fish in a big pond but to have no relationship with my attorney anybody keeping me informed. I really want to take my case somewhere else but how much longer would I be waiting. My life stopped that day and I have struggled since that day I lost my vehicle and my job and in the end I still don’t have a vehicle and hope to soon find work because I don’t have a car now that has been difficult to get to a job. So no my experience has been horrible I feel horrible that I had to write this review. But it’s sad that I know nothing about what’s goin on."
