"I had a reservation and was told that they do not have any cars right now. It may take over an hour or so wait. I had already taken 3 planes to get to Augusta. Now I have to wait 85 minutes for a car. I was not a happy customer. No apology whatsoever."
"When we arrived at the Augusta, GA. airport we were informed that our reserved rental car was unavailable and did not have any other cars available or expected to return. This is the second time this has happened and I wonder how they continue to be in business when they can’t forecast out a week in advance to anticipate inventory needs?!? I would give a one star review if it were not for their customer service agent Sean that came and found us in the small airport to let us know that a car had come in and they were getting it prepared for us! Outstanding professional and an excellent asset to their business!!! Give this man a raise!!"
"The employees are friendly, but the corporation is abysmal. They consistently overbook and there is never enough cars. Expect to wait 2-3 hours past your reservation time and miss meetings you scheduled because of this companies incompetence. There is no consequence for their incompetence so they keep screwing up. This is the second time I was burned by this company coming into FT Eisenhower for meetings. I won’t be using them again and I will be filing a report with the Defense Travel System for their failure to meet contractual obligations. This is what happens when the government goes with lowest cost and you get a total lack of accountability."
