"Quick dropoff, friendly customer service personnel, easy parking."
"Tracking shipment off FedEx website.. Newark-Latham NY-Pittsfield which is close to us then to Rensselaer said delivered 10/16. Still no package. No update and not Rep to call on phone."
"I was T-Boned by a FEDEX driver in December and the driver admitted to be distracted while driving. It has been months of headaches and countless hours on hold to get this sorted out. Their insurance company is also terrible. Now I am in the hole due to having to use my own insurance even though I was at 0 fault and got hit by a distracted driver. I still haven't been able to get my vehicle fixed."
"Ordered something that needs to be signed for. It was delivered... somewhere, someone else signed for it, no address or phone number for where it is. Now I have called to open a claim, they have been trying to get a hold of THEIR DRIVER to find out where my package is. This is very close to fraud at this point. You had someone (unknown who) sign for my package, and do not have a record of where you dropped it off to."
"Driver said he delivered package. He never delivered. When I called they said the would send him back to where he delivered it to. No knock or ringing of the doorbell. No one came back in a fedex truck. Now I’m out of my items and out of my money until the company located in Italy gets back to them with paperwork. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office to have them investigated. I cant be the only one this has happened to."
