"I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. When my pallet came in, they called me and informed me it was ready. I asked the hours and they said the first person gets there at 5am and they would be happy to help me then even though the official hours are 9-4. I showed up at 6am and I was welcomed with a smile. I pulled my truck and dump trailer around and out came a fork lift with the 2000 pounds of stuff I ordered. They put it in the trailer and I was on my way home. 15 minutes total at CT. I would do that again in a heartbeat. It save me $200 for curb side delivery."
"We ship LTL every day and never have had problems like we do with this company. They were contracted by one of our customers to pick up freight at my location. We had no contact and are not a customer of Central Transport, we just gave them a pallet of freight when their truck arrived. For months now we have been getting harassing phone calls trying to get us to pay for the shipment. We were never Central Transports customer and never will be."
"If you want to send or receive anything DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They kept making appointments and never showed up - and never notified us they weren't coming. They had no good reason for not delivering - they just didn't bother to load the freight onto their truck! They did show up once without an appointment when we weren't home and refused to leave the shipment with a neighbor who offered to sign for it. We ended up loosing five days of work over two weeks and never did get our delivery! We offered to pick the package up but they wanted to charge us for not delivering the package - just amazing! Their customer service is just as bad - they don't give a damn about you or your deliveries!"
