"Management is sneaky,deceptive and favorable towards certain people. They treat you nicely when hiring and paint a pretty picture because they are desperate for employees because every comparable company pays at least $4-10 dollars more per hour. Once your in they slowly start adding more work and force you to work 12-14 hour days or else they'll make up a excuse to fire."

Every call was was promptly returned and every question was answered. You went above and beyond to get me in contact with the right people and got my issue resolved in under 24 hrs. Even after we confirmed the problem was not your fault you still help me resolve it."

"This company has redefined unprofessionalism for me, if you are a company that needs to ship to upstate NY stay away from these guys. as of today I am still trying to get my shipment which they have had for three weeks, which they have schedule multiple times only to cancel, but tell me about it the day after. I just found out they lost my shipment and can’t find. A manager refuses to give me a call back and give me details. I have lost Two days of work waiting for this delivery not to mention paying my contractor extra for his time which was also wasted waiting for packages. I can’t imagine how this company can survive if this is their norm or even average. Horrible experience I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else."

"My item was lost for three weeks. It was scheduled for delivery three times. Canceled twice, no call to cancel the third time. No calls back as promised and the residential service number hasn’t picked up the phone for 3 days. No acknowledgement has been made that they’ve been negligent. I do not leave reviews but this is worst of the worst business behavior."

"This is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with! They have had my package delayed for weeks now. They hang up on people because they don't want to answer questions. They don't call back to re-make delivery appointments. The guy I finally did speak with after being hung up on 3 times, was extremely rude. "You either take the time I give you or don't receive your package at all." Very disrespectful. I as the customer shouldn't have to be calling you to set a delivery time, considering I was told I would be called with one. So now I have to wait until after Christmas to receive my fathers gift when I ordered it back in November and it's been delayed for weeks. Full on the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!"
