"Awesome staff and firm they got me approved can’t thank them enough highly recommend!"
"I spoke with Will Milton English today. The vibe I got from him was great and gave me hope the most hope out of all the attorneys I’ve reached out to. Of course I do my due diligence and read up on his profile and what stood out to me was this quote from his profile “Will abides in the promise that his clients' voices will never be lost in a bureaucratic shuffle. This passion and expertise in his field ultimately led to his rise to Managing Partner for Milton English & Whitten in 2021.” Just by the conversation we had I can understand why he rose to the top and I can tell that he truly is dedicated to his clients. His profile also states that he’s a God fearing man that donates some of his time volunteering. While none of that matters or has anything to do with winning cases. It does show me the character of the person that’s going to be helping me. I’m completely contempt and happy I reached out to his law firm."
"If I could leave them less I would I have been with them since June we had a meeting with Mr Wilton to go over and review my case before they decided to represent me they decided to represent me I have been waiting to hear back from the SSA office since June about a court hearing date I got notified 3 weeks ago by mail that the case has moved from Charleston County to Macon County for a quicker court date I called them to let them know they said they had not received that letter but they would make a note of it and call me when they did a week went and I got a court date in the mail I called again to let them know and they said again they had not received it but would make notes and Anna or Mr Wilton would call me to set up an appointment to make sure that we had all of our paperwork together so we could submit it to the courts I asked them specifically what am I supposed to do with this letter am I supposed to send it in saying that I except this court date there is an option on there for if I cannot they told me to send it in and when they got their letter they would send it in accepting the court date which is zoom conference and their office and for two weeks I have been calling every Monday Wednesday and Friday to talk to Anna or to my lawyer and have heard nothing today I call and the receptionist tells me that they are sending me a review letter in the mail my lawyers out of office and I asked to speak to Anna who's been avoiding my calls and I finally get her on the phone and she tells me that they are sending me out a letter of review of my case and I'm like I don't understand we already did this in office you signed a contract with me what's the letter stating and she's like the letter will be mailed out next week and I'm like it hasn't been mailed yet so basically you wasted two weeks of my time and I finally demanded this letter sounds like you're dismissing me as a client why and she said yeah I'm just missing you as a client per your lawyer and I'm like y'all had four months to do this to decide that I wasn't worth representing for whatever reason you also had the past 3 weeks of me calling and updating you and you telling me to send in the form and accept the date and that I was still represented at that time and then you dodge me for 2 weeks you don't send out a letter you're wasting my time when I've already accepted the court date per your advice and representation of that point and now I have no representation I can't believe the audacity to take no responsibility or accountability at all this is ridiculous and not how you treat people they have dodged my calls for 2 weeks when they could have told me this in person on the phone calls they could have explained it to me instead everybody is gone radio silent and when I demand an answer of why I'm supposed to wait for the letter that still hasn't been mailed yet I'm not even sure they have mailed the appropriate documentation to the court to say that they're no longer representing me which is also something they should have done and I should have received a letter from the SSA office saying that they now know that I have no representation but that hasn't been done so just know that if you hire them they can drop you at any time and they will at the last minute if it suits them and then Dodge all accountability and refuse to help you figure out what you're supposed to do next they are liars"
"I originally filed my SSD case in January 2013. I, of course, was denied so my attorney referred me over to Ms. Whitten and her team for the appeals process. I interviewed with her(my hubby was present as well) and she agreed to take my case. There was a lot of paperwork to do and much info needing to be gathered. Her staff worked with me every step of the way. My case was a difficult one but she never gave up. She followed through and kept me in the loop via her staff. Any time I called or emailed, the staff was friendly and courteous. Long story short, I was finally approved for Social Security Disability in Sept 2021. That's 8 1/2 years. Ms. Whitten fought for my case. She persevered through it all and never waivered. I highly recommend Ms. Whitten and her team. I would not have received my benefits without them. I cannot thank them enough."
