"Cockroaches and not safe for staying with babies — I mistakenly booked this motel using Sams Club Travel which is non refundable. Instructed by Sams Club customer care, I tried to contact the manager to request a cancellation. The front desk first received my phone and told me that the manager was not there. I tried several time after that but they stopped receiving my phone. So, I decided to stay there. The room they gave me was a horrible one. I found cockroaches, loose electric socket, broken bathroom fitting and poopy smell from the restroom. The room was not properly cleaned and very dusty. Do not waste $70 here. If possible, spend $20 extra for nearby Country Inn/ Residence Inn/Holiday Inn. Just avoid this if you have a baby."

"The room was dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned. TV didn't work, but the staff did fix that, which was great. I'm not really that impressed. Breakfast bagel seemed old as well as chocolate pastry."

"Why does it take a half an hour to get checked in? When you're tired it's torturous. Some pillow cases were dirty, so gross. Bathroom pretty gross too. And $20 fee for a dog, grr. Definitely over priced for the quality."
