"1 star is a star too many. Horrible customer service. For 5 days they have claimed to have attempted delivery. Driver ‘excuse’ is business was closed. We’re a residential address and someone was here everyday and time that they claimed to have attempted delivery. Hogwash. The driver didn’t like the 4th floor walk up to get a signature is my best guess. It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone of significance at FedEx. All customer contact is driven through their contact centre in the Philippines. Absolutely impossible to get a solution. I will either ban Amazon from using FedEx or I will stop using Amazon."

"Completely agree with other reviewers. There is no logic in FEDEX actions. They claim, that they came to deliver, but nobody was home. First of all the package was not required signature. Second, -there was not even tag on a door. Then, for some unknown reason, driver dropped the package at nearest Walgreen, but employee of Walgreen promptly return it to FEDEX driver. Trying to schedule re-delivery since morning but get only promises that somebody will call me back. All representative are telling me, that the package was return to FEDEX Center and I can pick it up there. Really?! I live in Brooklyn and FEDEX Center is in Queens. And why would I go there (which would probably would take me over hour each way )?!. It was 2 days Express shipment,and the package had to be at my house on Monday. Now is Wednesday and story continues ."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Packaged 1 has been delayed for over 2 weeks just sitting at this stupid office, everyone I contacted won’t help whatsoever and after reading reviews I am even more furious. Package two was meant to be delivered today, yet lo and behold “unexpected exception” which is now delaying my second package. Once again after reading reviews I fully believe I will NEVER GET EITHER OF MY PACKAGES. I even side with the person in the reviews threatening a lawsuit because this is beyond horrible."

"One of the employees from this distribution location had the audacity to steal my packages. I have camera footage of him eyeing the bags, opening one, and then removing the label with my information on it and tossing it on the elevator floor of my building. (Already filed a case against you) It is incredibly sad that in a time when we should be able to seamlessly rely on a multi million dollar conglomerate to deliver a package from point A to point B.. We have to spend time worrying about the wrinkles that present themselves in the form of the shifty integrity of the humans that said reputable organization employs. Buddy you probably thought you came up there but I’ll be calling everyday and commenting on this Google profile until your manager contacts me. Ridiculous…"

"There is no accountability or sense of urgency from anyone here or at their corporate number. I've had several packages from them lost in the mail and/or wrongfully marked as delivered (this is the only shipper I have issues with). They also do not provide any solutions to preventing same issues from happening again in the future for redelivery attempts. They held an "investigation" into my missing package and whatever the driver claimed did not match the notes in the system (notes said he left at door, investigator told me me the driver left it with someone which is impossible because I was not home!) STAY AWAY! If possible go with USPS or UPS."
