"Took two hour train to city to interview with them for a bike mechanic position. Spent the day down there. Guys told me I’d be hired and to expect a phone call the next day. Didn’t call back until a week later, though I followed up with them multiple times. They told me I got the job. Took two hour train back down to NYC to start onboarding. They turned me away and said there’s nobody in the office, wait for a phone call. Followed up the next day via phone and a woman answered and said “we are not going back and forth with you, we are taking back our offer and will be put on consideration. We’ll call by Monday” never called."

"Use to work for them when they were paying $10.00 an hour no tips and over time was $15.00 it was a great experience a great way to lose weight i had to work in the real hot weather no water was given at anytime. I disliked when our team would finish early they would send us to help another lazy team finish."

"It's easy if your homeless or something because they hire anyone (foot courier) but they are basically robbing all the foot courier's. Automatically says we took lunch breaks when we never had the time to take it. Pays us under minimum wage and uses our tips to make up for it and not just that when it's raining cold outside you would think they would provide rainboots, a jacket or something..... no we get a 99 cent poncho that rips the moment you put it on. I'm glad I quit before winter who knows what we would get. I do not recommend doing business with them. It's very hard work for very little pay."
