"According to USPS tracking, my package left their facility on 12/9/2021, but as of 12/23/2021 -- TWO FULL WEEKS LATER -- it has still not been received by USPS. Have called on 5 separate occasions, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, always no answer. Have left messages each time, no response. Did not choose this company, they subcontract with the company from which I purchased, "Crucial Gift." Same problems there!!!"
