"Extremely nasty girls answering the phone"
"I wish I could provide zero stars. SEKO Freight uses Alpine as their last mile delivery partner in and around NYC. SEKO did a great job of getting my item to Alpine but that's when all the issues began. The first scheduled delivery was attempted outside the delivery window and driver refused to deliver during delivery window on same day. Many phone calls later no resolution to my satisfaction, but they will re-attempt delivery in a few days. I should note most of the people I spoke to were relatively cordial and nice, but not able to really help. They reschedule delivery, then day of delivery claim they have lost the item. I could not believe it. Literally the worst. Their operation is poor, and was confirmed by SEKO rep I spoke to as well. Shame on SEKO for using such a poor local organization."
