"I’ve never been so disgusted with service in my whole life. My mother and I went to this place because the one closer to our home was closed today. There was a lady in there working, probably late 30s or 40s? On the pale side too. The most horrendous and disgusting behavior I have ever seen. I don’t care if she was nearly off the clock, she had a job to do and her behavior was on called for. She was screaming, picking arguments with everyone, if you were slow she’d give you an attitude, curse you out. I don’t know how someone like that works there. When it was my mother’s turn, she was sending money out to family, however the location she was sending it out to was apparently nonexistent I suppose? And here’s the thing, the only reason my mom didn’t give the valid location is because in our country, that location is given a different name by the people that know it. No one really says that city’s official because it’s known as something else. So my mom was visibly confused (because all her life she didn’t know it had an official name, she just knew it by what she grew up hearing it being called). I elk this lady starts reprimanding my mom, it becomes a whole argument, and is cursing my mother out in both Spanish and English. My mom got extremely upset and just stormed out of there, which I’m glad because my mother suffers health issues and if her blood pressure had gone too high, she could have become extremely unwell. My mother wasn’t that worker’s only victim though. Everyone she had, she had a snobby attitude with. There was this one man that the worker had an even bigger argument with and the man would not back down. Didn’t resort to physical violence, but that worker was truly and instigator and just plain horrible. Here’s the thing, this is not the first time that the exact same worker has caused issues. Every time I’ve gone there or my mother, something happens and it’s always that female employee that starts issues. She had a horrible personality through and through and I hope to never run into her again."

"The worst check cashing place I’ve ever been to. They behave as if they doing you a favor. If there was a choice of negative 100 I would give to them especially the Guyanese Lady who call her self manger she’s A disgrace to the business"

"My profession is customer service, I get people can be frustrating, to encounter the atrocious behavior I endured was sad. The cashier complained the whole time I was there that she'd rather be at home and how she hates her job. I had to wait for a check verification even though I am in the system however when the cashier couldn't verify it because the company was closed for the day, Her tone of voice changed. She became hostile and nasty towards me with her tone and demeanor. The service in here has been disappointing since the pandemic. The young girls they have hired are rude when the manager isn't present."

"Very slow only one person workn they need more staff and I've really never had problems wit any pay o matic my Aunt is a supervisor for 4 different locations this is the only one that I have had this reoccurring problem"
