Bonefish Grill

"I took my wife here for dinner shortly after Christmas. The meal and service were good. In January, I received an email from my credit card company asking if I had intentionally left a 45% tip after this meal. I had left a $7.00 (18%) tip but was charged $17.00. I called and explained what happened to the manager. I waited on the phone while he supposedly corrected the charges. I never received the credit to my card. I will not return to this restaurant."

"Everything was really good. I was excited to try this new place for my birthday lunch.I ate the parmesan crusted rainbow trout with broccoli and fried for my side. I love the fish, the broccoli had a good flavor to it and even the fries we're nice and crispy. Our server had the bar and a section of tables and still managed to give good service. I forgot his name, but a guy with a shaved head and tattoos on his arms."

"Hubby and I went to Bonefish tonight for our 31st anniversary dinner. We did not have a reservation, but were promptly seated with no wait. Our server, Rebekah, was wonderful. All of our food and drinks were delicious. While we spent a bit more than we normally would because we were celebrating our anniversary, there are definitely reasonably affordable options on the menu."

"Took my wife there for her birthday. We both ordered Filet mignon and LobsterTails. Her's was perfect, but my steak was not. They did bring a second one, and it was excellent, our server was very nice but over loaded due to a staffing shortage, so some things were slow coming. After the manager made the correction on my steak, the food was excellent. Somethings went wrong, but they made satisfactory corrections and overall the food and service was great."
